MEASURE:  Measure the circumference of the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrow. Divide your head circumference by 3.14. If your result is 6-3/4" to 7-1/4" order the SM/MD; if your result is 7-1/4 to 7-5/8" order the L/XL. Good job!
