THE ORDER PROCESS

What You Need to Know

All Team Apparel orders will be processed together at the end of the online store ordering period. Garments will be sourced, decorated with the ESS Technologies logo and shipped in one large batch. Please enjoy free shipping to ESS Technologies, you will be notified when all of the Team Apparel has arrived and is ready for pick-up. Alternatively, you can have your order shipped direct to your home, however you will have to pay the freight for this option.

SIZE EXCHANGE

In return, we want you to be satisfied with the fit, finish and quality of your purchase. Should you desire a size exchange, you can visit with Erica Aller (click button below) to check inventory or re-order time.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our Policy

Just as we want our Team Apparel to fit you right, we also want to be sure that the quality matches your expectations. Should you note a garment defect upon inspection of your order, please let our vendor know prior to use. We will be happy to replace the damaged garment with a claim initiation via email with April.
